Pros: Unique take on hummus. Versatile – can be used as a dip, spread, salad topping, deviled egg filling, etc.

Cons: The spiciness overpowers the buffalo flavor, and is not for those who aren't a fan of heat.

In a nutshell: A bit too spicy/heavy on the vinegar for me, so I'd prefer it as a sandwich spread more than a dip.
