Pros: Mild, creamy, and melts nicely. Distinct cheddar flavor and mild beer flavor make it very versatile. Nicely priced. Slices and shreds easily.

Cons: I wish the porter flavor was stronger – I could barely taste it.

In a nutshell: Very mild flavor makes it good for grilled cheese or on a burger.
