Broccoli & Kale Pizza Crust

Pros: Very low carb and free of most allergens, so good for those with dietary restrictions. Mild flavor.

Cons: Needs to bake far longer, especially on the first round before flipping over the crust, as it breaks apart easily/gets crumbly. Gritty, crumbly texture. Mushy when reheated unless you bake it again.

In a nutshell: Wanted to love it a lot more than I actually did. Would only make again if sharing/not planning on reheating it.
